West Bristol Arts Trail options:
Private home/studio – Choose this option if you have your own private space.
Venue required – Choose this option if you need help finding a space. The committee will contact you.
Pre arranged group venues – Choose this option if you have already arranged a space with one of our venue partners, which are: Alma Church, All Saints, Holy Trinity, Scouts Hut, Stride Treglown. If you are not in one of these venues then please select Venue required or Private home/studio from the drop down list

Important Checklist before you register
Important: Make sure, before you pay, that you have the following information to hand!
- Your Full Name
- Your Display Name (this could be your own name or your business name)
- Your email address
- The address where you will be displaying your art work (Unless you have selected the ‘Venue Required’ option)
- A featured image of your art work that is ready to upload to the website. Ideally this should be 4:3 ratio and around 600px in width and be a jpg.
This information is requires to activate your account. Without this information, when you login to the website you will see a blank page
How to register
Read the Important Checklist and have everything to hand before you follow the next steps.
- Select Register tab
- Select options
- Choose a venue option
- Add to basket
- View basket (green banner on top of page) and proceed to checkout
- Complete information including name, address, email and create a password
- Insert payment details and place order
- To activate account please complete artists information: name, display name, address, phone number, personal address, Instagram/Facebook link, profile photo plus photo examples of your work .
- Submit to be redirected to your dashboard.
