I am a contemporary visual artist based in Bristol. I paint abstract landscapes on paper, canvas and board, and I also make prints using a variety of techniques. My preferred medium is acrylics.

Originally from Norway, I lived, studied and worked many places across the world before I moved to the UK. I feel very lucky and privileged to have had the opportunity to travel, immerse myself in other cultures and connect with people from all corners of the world and all walks of life.

I love how art is a universal language and has the ability to open doors for communication and understanding, and can transcend percieved differences. I strive to create art that can inspire the viewers imagination, and evoke memories and feelings. My hope is that the expression in my art has a universal quality which can connect with viewers wherever they are from.
