I make semi-abstract work inspired by sense of place, light, and memory. Expressive line and atmospheric colour and tone are integral to my work.

In my current art series, I am working on multiple paintings simultaneously, to explore different aspects of one overall theme. I organise the paintings into collections with a visual cohesion, each painting becoming a component of a larger, individual piece of work to be viewed as a whole.

I am working primarily in mixed media acrylic paint on paper with a satin varnish finish, sold in bespoke frames.
