Hi, I’m Dawn. As an emerging contemporary fused and stained glass artist; I use traditional painting techniques I capture animals and birds. Exploring the diversity from the depths of the sea, the wildlife living in our forests, in the sky and in our homes.

I create glass artworks, sun catchers, decorations and mirrors. The wildlife I paint reflect personal connections and memories.

I great joy in combining the colour that glass offers with the beauty of nature. I am particularly fond of bees, seahorses, and forest animals.

I am enjoying the vast opportunities that glass offers as a medium. In my work I experiment with combining colour, adding fuse copper inclusions, and I am experimental with paint as my practice is developing.

I am happy to discuss commissions in either fused or stained glass.
