I enjoy experimenting with colour and brushwork with both watercolour and oils as they are so different and require such varied techniques and levels of focus. Many of my paintings are of 'critters' from my homeland Australia.

My inspiration for a painting always comes from a photo or picture that captures my heart and spirit. This is vital as sometimes a piece can take weeks to complete so I don't want to get fed up of looking at it during the creative process!

As well as painting, I work as a self-employed vocal coach, inspiring people to 'find their voice' and improve their presentation and communication skills.
